The Forced Update and RequestQueryFeatureHydrator.scala #598

Describe the bug You just did a forced update of the repo, this is very uncommon for transparent projects in the Public Interest. All of this is very confusing also because different twitter employees seem to publish different source code. I am pretty unfamiliar with Computer, Internet and this git thing and I just looked for the different switches.

The Fediverse quickly helped to resolve it and in the free and open protocol ActivityPub I found help. It is the world’s leading federated social web standard (powering e.g. mastodon, pixelfed, peertube, immers, inventaire, misskey, nextcloud etc.) Take it as a recommendation: It is easy, you do not have to buy a color for a checkmark or a poll !!! It has no algorithms, just humans. It's BRILLANT and AWESOME. brillant and awesome !!! (!)

However. I am referring to what you call “official” in this version:
In https://github.com/twitter/the-algorithm/blob/ef4c5eb65e6e04fac4f0e1fa8bbeff56b75c1f98/home-mixer/server/src/main/scala/com/twitter/home_mixer/functional_component/feature_hydrator/RequestQueryFeatureHydrator.scala

For metrics, it says, you are considering the following Groups on the Planet where the project is hosted: • Republicans • VITs (very important Republicans) • Elon • Democrats

Let me say first of all that I would be interested in the German FDP (cause I love Christian Linder) and Alpacas! Anyway.

Anyway, I am desperately looking for the switches, maybe you can help to move me on the right path in life: I am particularly interested in the switches for • censoring critical journalists • banning mastodon links I can imagine that it can help in any free-speech project to ban Ryan Mac of The New York Times Drew Harwell of The Washington Post Aaron Rupar, an independent journalist Donie O’Sullivan of CNN Matt Binder of Mashable Tony Webster, an independent journalist Micah Lee of The Intercept Keith Olbermann, a political journalist !!! (!) [I am a fanboy, sorry for RSS following Elon Jet]

And also I didn't find the enablers for Antisemitism or Conspiracy. Isn't that in the scope of this repo?

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. See error

Expected behavior I expect the EU to make the §102 TFEU “Abuse of Dominant Power” thing, just faster.

Environment For web, specify your OS and browser version. For mobile, specify device, OS and version. For libraries, what version of build tools are you using? A super secret browser with a crazy Linux and for libraries ActivityPub – Your algorithm knows it in detail.

Additional context • Humanity • Democracy

Additionally I can't find the AutoReply feature for https://www.businessinsider.com/twitter-automatically-responds-to-press-emails-with-a-poop-emoji-2023-3?r=US&IR=T

Didn't you tell to Elon ??? He seemed surprised that my country will fine him now. https://twitter.com/elonmusk/status/1643349008163966976 It will be very expensive. You are welcome.
