Updates gTLDs and associated tests for ruby, objc, js

conformance: % rake tlds:iana_update % rake tlds:generate_tests

objc: % rake update_tlds

js: % rake tlds:update

Thanks for the gTLD update on twitter. Twitter can create a link for .gay domain names in tweets now. However, .gay URLs are still not recognized in the bio section in mobile apps. Can you please update that too? Thanks.
