This patch implements physical frame allocation for aarch64.

Summary

pass physical memory regions from the bootloader to frame allocator
implement architechture specific info needed for PhysAddr/VirtAddr
clean up kernel entry point to call kernel_main
enable/disable IRQ so we can used logln!
