工作內容

Key Responsibilities: · Hire and grow a strong software development and test team, and operate the IoT Device certification lab. · Delivery of quality self-qualification service on-time and in-budget · Work with global stakeholder teams (tech, products, marketing, business development, solution architects, etc) and partners/customers – to identify, gather and manage requirements for the self-qualification service, to define device self-qualification/ self-certification process, policies, strategy and on-going execution plan. · Work with a remote core software team to design, implement and deliver an end-to-end self-qualification service. · Directly interact with 3rd parties and customers to resolve any issues they face during the device qualification/certification, and/or after the certification Amazon.com offers a demanding, exciting and rewarding experience, with opportunities to work with the world’s best computer scientists on some of the most interesting problems. You'll also have the opportunity to work across a range of technologies in cloud computing area and Ubiquitous computing area.

能力需求

· BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent · 10+ years of experience in a technical role in the industry · 5+ years of management experience · Programming experience in at least one of the programming languages such as Java, C or C++, Python, NodeJS and GO · Track record on building large scale customer facing services

· Strong organizational design and recruiting skills; proven ability to build high-performance teams quickly · Excellent customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in delivering a world-class customer experience (ideally in the IoT industry) · Work experience delivering self-certification service and building/operating self-certification lab. · Working experience and excellent knowledge in device side software and hardware.
