Default tracks for Ebola, SARS, and MERS #8

Should we update the default tracks for Ebola, SARS, and MERS? Currently, only the gene annotations and GC percentage tracks are loaded into view.

I think we should remove the GC percentages track from default and add the Shannon entropy track and mutation alert track for each virus as defaults. @fanc-WU
