Problems with MM-Branch in versions of IE #35

IE Version 11: The comboboxes have different layout than presented in other 
browsers with chrome and firefox

IE Version 9 and 10: the "loading" element is retained on the screen and with 
the same problem also occurs combobox

ps: To test the function of MM in the IE on different versions of the IE was 
used ie 11, only press f12, select the "Emulação" option and choose the 
desired option.
