Basic Syntax Updates/Added ddrescue command

This pull request makes some basic syntax changes to the layout/formatting of the text:

Took out (double spaces) between sentences
Tried to make sure code blocks were uniform across this document. AKA /file/systems, commands, etc.
Added in different types of paragraph formatting This request also added in ddrescue command, with the reasons listed in note #3.
