1.用的是3.4版
2.系統是opensuse
3.已經知道libpcap是有的，我重新編譯安裝啦
4.ubuntu下使用正常

sudo ln -s /usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/libnotify.so.4.0.0 /usr/lib/libnotify.so.1
