I didn't like https://github.com/Geri-Borbas/iOS.Blog.SwiftUI_Pull_to_Refresh or https://github.com/muhammedtanriverdi/SwiftUIPullToRefresh as they didn't seem to work that well.

I may investigate later. Maybe https://github.com/Peter-Schorn/SwiftUIRefresh works well

There is a new iOS 15 API for this https://developer.apple.com/documentation/SwiftUI/View/refreshable(action:)

This was complete in 1.4.0
