Dose this library support the `Swift Package Registry Service`? How to work with Jfrog? #74

Does the https://swiftpackageregistry.com/ implement the Swift Package Registry Service?

If yes, How to use it? when I trying to use swiftpackageregistry as Swift Package Registry Service on Jfrog. I found it dose not work
