Show what revision the website is on #90

Or version number - although we currently don't really do revisions. Would be nice to know what revision this current website is on so we know it's actually updated to the latest version

Tried both https://github.com/twodayslate/swift-package-registry/pull/93 and https://github.com/twodayslate/swift-package-registry/pull/92 and I'm not sure if these will work on the Plesk server
