Vog changes

• Fixed some bugs
• Support for teleporting (since you cannot identify graves in vog)

Shift T exits vog but also sends your current tile (shift V to exit vog always sends VOGX 0 0) For the server, whenever it sees VOGX but not 0 0, it teleports. The whole VOG mode is under-documented, maybe put something along side where the editor docs are

Thank you, seems my movement issues were related to vog authentication issues and not this feature.
