Add dontEatTheFruit, a setting to make Eve infertile.

If dontEatTheFruit is >0, the player is Eve on connecting, and is still younger than 15, NO BB will be said automatically, when the server is ready to hear it.

Disabled by default, does nothing if born as a baby, and does nothing to prevent the player from enabling fertility later.
