Add release history and tag them #8

The page https://npmjs.org/package/grunt-html-prettyprinter mentions that the latest version is 1.3.1, but the README.md does not provide any release history.

Also there seems to be no tags/releases.

Please add the tags as well as some short history.

I have started tagging and adding a CHANGELOG.md to my repositories when they need updates. However, there have not been any changes to this repository in a while and I don't recall what changed/why.

Please take the latest version at face value and assume it as the 0.1.0 if you are uncomfortable with that.
