I am on vacation and will not be able to look at this until Tuesday at the earliest.
Alright, I have taken a look at do not see this as a necessary change. I ran the tests on a Windows 7 IEVM and outside of the bitwise difference being different, the generated files are the same.
Please provide more information about how the current implementation is incorrect.

When I use grunt-zip on windows to zip a folder, it uses a backslash
\
HEX:5C
to seperate the path in the Central directory and local file header. This is not correct, it should use a normal slash/
HEX:2F
