Add twolfson.com #3

We are lacking a major piece of our infrastructre by not having twolfson.com nor its process manager. We currently use forever in production but would like to reconsider all our options (e.g. something that already has an /etc/init.d/ written).

Don't forget to document this once we have completed it.

We have decided to standardize on Supervisor for now. The initial step was released in 1.4.0. We should be adding twolfson.com shortly.
