rgpd returns negative samples #27

I just noticed that the command extraDistr:rgpd(10) return negative values. That doesn't seem right. Interestingly, rgpd(10,xi=0.000001) and rgpd(10,xi=-0.000001) both only return positive values. So it's just at xi=0 that it seems broken.
