Create new field: Combined contact & related contact contributions calendar year before last #11

This field would display the total contributions made by the contact PLUS related contacts in the calendar year before the previous calendar year. Thus it's identical to 'Combined contact & related contact contributions last calendar year' except that the period is one year earlier.
