fix total amount display $ 0.00 followed by total amount on Contribu… #54

This was probably because the display on my page was $123 and not what it was expecting which is $ 123 (space between $ and amount)

Thanks @yashodha for the contribution. I believe this is fixed by d4ec43fb48730acbb8ed2355cefcd6d209bd9945 which stops using a separate copy-paste of CRM.formatMoney and just uses the core method itself.
