How do we configure it? #38

It doesn't say anywhere.

For example: how do I choose whether to make it completely open or only serve a particular jabber server?

There are basic options when using it as a twisted plugin. Run twistd punjab --help for those options. This is in INSTALL.txt

For more detailed configuration you can use a tac file.
