crash due to optional on UV exposure #50

(Develop branch) : crash due to optional not being unwrapped for UV exposure; follows it not finding sleep entry for last 24-hours and other similar warnings; this brings up the old issue of how to handle metrics that are not within the 24-hour window -- we'd used a 'going back' in time to the most recent value as a thought before, with some visual indication that it was older than 24 hours on the dashboard
