unit conversions: resting energy/active energy/salt/cholesterol #61

Probably a unit off on conversion from the server for population metric -- should be 1800 and 1600 kcal, but coming up as 1.8 and 1.6 (to compare e.g. with individual of 719.7 and 1224.6)

also, salt has individual coming up in gms, but population in mgs, and numbers seem off (332 gms vs 3,324.6 mg); most likely its 332 mg and 332.46 mg; similar with cholesterol (30 gms vs 281.4 mg)
