format for blood pressure #62

currently in table is 125 80 should be 125 over 80, so at the least 125/80 (an easy fix)

I can see it 133/78 for me with '/' being in a dimmed colour. I'm looking in 1.0 (18) which is the latest now.

@twoolf can you confirm you're looking into the same build?

Could be that the '/' was coming out too dim for the room that I was in -- my suggestion is to make it the same colour/intensity as the numbers --
