Update 'chest' example for 1.13 #112

This one is the last but not least to be updated to the 'flattened' format.

Unfortunately, it cannot be used to show the treasure contents 'out of game', because such chests look like to be populated upon first opening, from a 'loot' seed. No other way than to go 'in-game' to see whether they contain valuable stuff or not :worried: .
