step4 of STEP1

I downloaded the uniprot_sprot.fasta.gz package and unzipped it named uniprot2seq, but after going through Step 4 of step1_pdb_process.py, I got the following error: KeyError: "['uniprot'] not found in axis" Is it because the file I downloaded is wrong?
