1.Ms2Timer value is being set to 25ms to try and reproduce the freezing situation.

This code change is being done for debugging and testing purpose

Rajni will create a new branch for diagnosing, debugging and trying out fixes for bug #5 . Once fix has been identified, code will be pulled to Develop branch. Hence closing this pull request.
