EEPROM not connected to 5V on the sensor boards.

A provision of a 5v to 3v regulator has been provided, but similar is not provided in the bigger PCB.

This is not a bug. It is a feature that is unused. It is safe to use the EEPROM AT 3.3V without any performance issues.
