Page xxxvii under "Provide the Best Material" #81

The passage reads "When that didn't suffice, we come up with our own solutions and then vetted them . . ."

I believe all the verbs should use past tense, so I would recommend something along these lines:

When that didn't suffice, we came up with our own solutions and then vetted them . . .
