Push Notification Text View Doesn't Scroll #63

macOS Version: 10.15.3 Commit: 76929cfe16a21edceb8401e8b8c55bbb1c2f8c3d

When typing out a push notification, the text view does not scroll. Thus, I cannot see any content past what is displayed.
