Tip markup housekeeping in README #26

I think I spotted a typo with the tip markup syntax.

Hmm… the current syntax is supposed to trigger GitHub's fancy formatting. I'm not sure what's stopping it, but I would prefer to have the nice box styling if possible.

I've looked into this further, and apparently the box styling does not work inside collapsible sections. So, I'll merge this change now, then revert the one place where it's actually correct. Thank you!
