[HELP] How to properly use this device tree? #1

I am very new to manually compiling TWRP, I have attempted to use this device tree for my CAT S22 Flip but had zero success. Can someone help me out/guide me with compiling the TWRP recovery.img?

If you're on Windows, you should be able to use WSL for the commands that require shell execution.

Can't yet say more specifically, trying for the first time now too (and probably failing due to lack of experience, but we'll see)
