This project was so amazing ! Microsoft apply libuv into kestrel, so i think we can do it too; so i modify this solution, it can be used in other platform(like MacOS) now.

Why are you deleting everything and adding everything again?

sorry for this precipitance pull request, the new .xproj have a huge difference with .csproj, so i think maybe clean and recreate this project is better (maybe not ?). btw, microsoft upload a libuv package on the nuget repository, so we don't need compile it by ourselves.

Can you just add the solution files without changing the directory structure?
