Fix config not loading + health config options #27

Should fix #18 and #6. Also added some config options to adjust the max health and health gained from all foods which I think might be useful to some.

Can you put this on Curse Forge as a project? or can I? I really need this fix, and the dev wont merge it

Hey, I've been quite busy lately so I don't really have the time to upload and maintain my own fork. If you plan on uploading your own version, I'm fine with you using my code from my branch or even fork.
