Tag Support

It should be possible to add custom tags to keys. Currently there is only a HTML tag if the HTML editor is active or not.

Requirements:

• A key can have multiple tags displayed in the Tags column on the keys site and in the sidebar of the editor
• Multiple tags can be added when a key is created over the UI
• When importing a file multiple tags can be added to all keys
• Export configs can be configured to only download keys with given tags
• It should be possible to specify one or more additional tags when downloading translations over the UI
• It should be possible to filter for tags in the search filter settings
• The CLI command download should be extended with a --tags to specify the tags of keys which should be downloaded
• The CLI command upload should be added to specify files that should be uploaded (also with a --tags option to automatically set tags)
• The CLI should be extended with a new command prune-tags which removes a given tag from all keys
  • an additional flag --delete-key-if-last-tag can be added which automatically removes the key if the removed tag is the last tag of this key (keys which had no tags before removing the given tag are not removed)
• Export keys to different files based on tags (see https://www.i18next.com/principles/namespaces)
