I have installed SyntaxRange as well. But there is a problem with display. Attached screenshot image

Sorry I need the script.vim file from the presentation directory too.

The only thing I can think of is that you have a different/missing Markdown syntax highlighting plugin than I do. I'm using tpope/vim-markdown.
