Comparisons to make for Kern

• Make comparisons using the Shiny Ap to address the questions that Katie poses below.
• Describe these tests with rational in the methods section of the report as well as the results.

Since I was able to track irrigations this spring and we had the broken wells at Pixley I am especially interested in investigating irrigated vs not irrigated wetlands. We do not usually irrigate wetlands we plan to disc, but for 2021 it looks like 4B1 was irrigated and disced, so I removed it from the units to be analyzed.

Kern Irrigated (4A1 - 4A7, 4B2 - 4B4, 5A1, 5A3 - 5A7, 5B1 - 5B3, 5B7, 5B8) vs Kern Not Irrigated (6A1-6A5)

Pixley Irrigated (1, 2a, 2, 3a, 3, 4a, 4, 8a, 8b, 9a, 9b) vs Pixley Not Irrigated (7A, 7B, 6) *8A is odd because the unit was not flooded in the winter, but it was irrigated in the Spring so may want to run the analysis with and without 8a.

Compare units disced within 5 years vs units diced more than 5 years ago that were also irrigated in 2021. Kern Irrigated and Disced within 5 years (4A2 - 4A7, 4B3, 4B4, 5A5, 5A6, 5B7, 5B8) vs Kern Irrigated and Disced >5 years ago (4A1, 4B2, 5A1, 5A3, 5A4, 5A7, 5B1 - 5B3)

And of course, I thought the comparisons from the 2020 report were interesting and would be good to include in the 2021 report as well. That is all I got for now but will let you know if I think of anything else.

It would also be helpful to add a graph to the comparison of treatment effect with confidence intervals.
