[FIX] Improve wording for Android Messages "SMS/MSS/IM" #523

The Android Messages section has the following:

specifically SMS/MMS, not IM

Proposed changes

Considering Signal is the only one left, and it no longer supports SMS/MMS, the section should be updated to not be explicitly SMS/MMS.

Additional details

This supersedes Issue #499 and PR #488. Signal will not be removed.
