I would like to know that Wireless Driver for Intel 4965AGN Wireless-N 
Mini Card is working or NOT?
If yes which one I should try on my machine?
And what about the Sound drivers for Dell Inspiron 1420 machine?
any IDEAS...

I think you misunderstood the aim of this bugtracker.
This is different from a forum. Here you should only make tickets for bugs you 
saw and you can describe.
