Great work and progress made during the meeting today. Below are the meeting notes and action items assigned accordingly.

Action items: EVERYONE please read into Decision Tree algorithm for next step discussion on Monday.

Daniel: concat revenue and tax columns from @jyguo's cost database, finish creating main dataframe by Monday for merging.

yongquan: create CO2 dataframe according to @daniel 's output main table. Dataframe must be done by Monday for merging.

Jiayuan: compose and complete final cost dataframe, and ready for merging on Monday.

Ivan: finish weather dataframe, ready for merging on Monday.

Issue update on Feb 20, 2017 (Monday meeting) @danielfather7 construct two data frame, one serves main data frame. rev column added in. @whoivan weather dataframe outputted. @yongqx CO2 dataframe sorted by ng, p, c per state per year. @JiayuanGuo Solar dataframe is done, conventional is done, wind is done, hydro needs to complete.
