Meeting notes:

Drafted out detail work flow for EASE from input to output. Detailed algorithm (RF) and how EASE works with regression and classification models. @JiayuanGuo and @yongqx are assigned to draft out detail workflow for coding preparation.

One thing that came out during the meeting is in regards to time-series data for forecasting. Several solutions had been proposed such as polynomial regression fitting, might need consulting from others to ensure model is able to predict correctly.

Action Items are assigned individually. @JiayuanGuo and @yongqx are assigned to draft out detail workflow. @danielfather7 is assigned to figure out time-series data. @whosivan will try to workout initial RF for weather database

Update on issue.

@JiayuanGuo and @yongqx completed the first draft of detail workflow, great job! @danielfather7 and @whosivan decided on final algorithm and inform @JiayuanGuo for finalizing workflow documentation.
