@JiayuanGuo will compose the PDF version and upload on Github for the workflow documentation. @yongqx will go ahead composing a function code for regression analysis, as well as EASE logo. @danielfather7 will look into GUI development for the final representation. @whosivan will compose the average plant dataframe.

update issue: @JiayuanGuo needs more time on PDF workflow, binning is done for precipitation and wind speed, they are binned accordingly with weather dataframe, needs average capacity to bin plant capacity binning.

@yongqx present initial design for EASE logo, feedbacks were given and revisions would be presented during next meeting. Current design is stored in ../Project_Goal/figs.

@danielfather7 none.
