Custom alliance-teams #380

I'm trying to plan for Doom 2.0 raids.

There are no pre-built teams for these nodes.

I'd like to either custom build those teams (could just be stored client side, no need to be on the server) or have them added to the existing list.

We need alliance custom teams as a first step. for enabling something like the following: The ability to create a list of alliance teams that I can quickly view in one screen would be a HUGE help. I'd like to see full character portraits including level, T4 and gear in the image with a Team power visible to make it quick to look at individual alliance members capabilities. (Today, we rely on a LOT of hard work and heavy lifting data entry by members to fill out spreadsheets to accomplish this type of thing, but I imagine a day "post" API when msf.gg makes this VERY easy.)
