Current Behavior

I am unable to get the bot to display the launch message in a different channel. I have updated all permissions and used the command to assign the message to another channel but the launch message populates in the same channel it is typed

Expected Behavior

Launch message to be displayed in separate discord channel to command typed

My own experience is similar. [from conversation in Discord]

I just did some testing in my server and it seems to be doing the same thing. I even tried to ~l clear channel and ~l set channel #launchtest (a new channel I created where the bot has pretty much all permissions). It still kept sending the launch messages to the channel I had originally set for raid launch messages.
