feat: Help and info commands for greater user-friendliness #61

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Right now, it's difficult to figure out what commands this bot has unless you're familiar with the code.

Describe the ideal solution Restructuring the commands into their own files / modules and implementing a help command.

Describe alternatives you've considered Annoying @tyffical until they do it themselves

Hey, Just wanted to make sure that this command should be added in cogs/utils.py right? And it should be an ephemeral message?

@KrishSavani should ideally show some basic bot stats, bot owner, add link, help command, etc. I'll get to work on adding it soon.

instead of bot owner we can put contributors
