I have a specific size requirement, so that will determine it to some degee. Wondering what specs I should be looking for here?

Found some info on this here: https://elinux.org/RPi_Hardware Seems like it depends on the Raspberry Pi model. Voltage: 4.75 to 5.25 V (ideally 5.0 V) Current: 300 mA to 800 mA, depending on the Pi model

As for how long the battery will last, the battery capacity is usually rated in mAh. To get time, you divide this capacity by the current draw. For example, an 800 mAh will last 1 hour at 800 mA. 1600 mAh will last 2 hours, and so on.
