Relax requirements constraints #391

Which dependencies can be relaxed, if not all? As is, this great package is currently nearly impossible to use with any modern dependency software such as poetry per this issue.

Do these updated requirements look okay, or do they need to be further constrained? They seem to work fine for the tasks I am using from this package.

I strongly support this PR. I have done the same on my local branch managed with PDM. I did not have problems installing it and using it with the relaxed constraints, but YMMV.
