Notify plugin does not allow registration when using ejabberd as a server #13

High level:

The bot should allow you to register with the notify plugin. However, since Bardicgrove has transitioned off of OpenFire to ejabberd this apparently is no longer possible.

Repo steps:

  1. Buddy the bot (if not already buddied)
  2. in private chat with bot send the following command (as appropriate)
    • notify register

Results: Bot tosses '[BOT] ERROR: wrong number of arguments (7 for 9)'

Expected: Registered with bot for notifications.
