WIP for 0.4.0 changes.

Updates:

Pulls in latest Factom changes
Removes testify/assert
Fixes bug with seeds with leading 0
Change some internally used variables from public to private
Clean up tests a little bit
Improve test coverage (100%)
Move wordlists to subpackage
