play around with switching projection matrix from only -1,0,1 to other stuff #30

i think after we make a first draft of all the other figs, let's try this while keeping the variance fixed to 1 or whatever it is when the numbers are all +/- 1/0?

i think this will matter, as you mentioned, in the parity example when the dimensionality is low. so let's check there? eg, d=3 or so even.
