What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. installed latestest veriosn on windows 32 bit
2. tried to open a file made with previous version
3. got the error, program exited
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
like to see the file opened
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
pencil 2.0.3 Win 7 32 bit
